Connectors Spotlight- Naila Zeb

Naila Zeb belongs to the beautiful Northern Areas of Pakistan. Naila joined Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) as a volunteer and now she is working as Psycho-social Support Program Coordinator for the International Federation of Red Cross/Red Crescent Societies (Pakistan Delegation). She did her internship at National Headquarter PRCS and won the 1st National Youth Camp best participant award. Naila also represented Pakistan as Youth reprehensive in Italy in June 2009. Currently Naila is working for the internally displaced persons of Swat conflict in NWFP. Naila likes reading books and enjoy her world with a circle of nice friends. She loves hiking, gardening and enjoys nature.

Naila joined Climate Project Connectors campaign in Pakistan, recently in October 2009 after attending The Climate Project (TCP) Australia’ Connectors Training Programme in Mansehra (Pakistan). Naila is now an active CONNECTOR of the campaign and dedicated to engage youth for creating awareness on climate change. She has started mobilizing her friends, family members and young volunteers of PRCS on clean environment. Naila is planning to train more then 100 volunteers at the upcoming National Youth Camp in February 2010 and want to contribute her due role for behavioural change among society members towards a safe environment.
